FFG Strategic Consulting LLC, (“FFGSC) is a privately held Texas Company headquartered in Houston, Texas with a strong presence in Birmingham, Alabama. FFGSC is an engineering consulting firm providing turnkey technical project leadership, focusing on three areas to add value and aid our clients: 1) Project Management, 2) Consulting Services and 3) Technical Services. Our expertise spans the full project lifecycle including engineering, procurement, construction management (EPCM), startup & shutdown services, Operations & Maintenance (O&M). Procurement, Logistics, Staff Augmentation and Lean Six Sigma Training/Mentoring are offered as additional Technical Services.
