You are in Control of the Project Instead of “The Project” being in Control of you!
In this phase we will walk you through goals, objectives and from a scheduling perspective, milestones, for a project’s implementation. These are crucial in keeping a project on schedule, within budget, and within scope. Your project plan will provide you with procedures, processes, and details for how the project will unfold. We will manage your projects from inception through project close-out and acceptance.
A customized record of your project is created and maintained. We monitor your project's budget and schedule, compare and analyze progress reported against the work schedules; and make recommendations regarding actions to improve your projects progress.
FFGSC certified Project Managers are experienced at mitigating risks to your project. We employ an overall five (5) step approach to successful 1) initiation 2) planning/design, 3) execution, 4) monitoring/controlling and 5) closure of your project. Whether your need is specific to Construction, Energy or Manufacturing, FFGSC will help you to your achieve specific goals and meet specific success metrics.

With FFGSC SAFETY is Priority 1. We will oversee the planning, design, and construction of your project; from its beginning to its end thereby controlling it’s time, cost and quality. Our on-site field construction managers conduct daily reporting assessments to include physical walk downs supported by real time photos to help mitigate over-sites and project overruns. Daily safety meeting attendance is a MUST as we monitor for Safety, On-Time, within Budget and mitigating budget overruns.
Aging Infrastructure or Natural Disaster?
We support WTP (water treatment) and WWTP (wastewater treatment) infrastructure projects. FFGSC professionals provide expertise for aging infrastructure or recovery from a natural disaster resulting in New Construction, Upgrades and Expansions.

FFGSC offers project specific customizable solutions to your facilities maintenance and O&M needs. We will assist with preventive and predictive maintenance solutions.
Peak outage improvement!
Allow FFGSC to improve overlapping outage activities during peak outage times by optimizing budget updates, outage costs, schedules and work scope, as well as provide coordinator over sight of major equipment during scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns.
